Customer service isn’t a department that we have; it’s a thing we do. Communication is the key.  We do a lot of that. It’s not unusual to spend as much time working with our customers as we do producing their order. That’s why we call it custom.

I have 34 years experience in my craft, and I’ve worked for myself for 32 of them. I’ve spent those years doing what I like to do. Doesn’t get much better than that.

From a memorial plate for a loved one, to an Eagle Scout project plaque; our work expresses your thoughts.  We work with each one of our customers to ensure their plaque or plate is something to be proud of.  We market engraving; but we make memories.
